NHCP talks about correcting Juan Luna's date of birth

IN commemoration of Juan Luna's 166th birth anniversary, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) will discuss its method of establishing the hero's latest date of birth on Oct. 25, 2023 at the NHCP Multipurpose Hall, T.M. Kalaw Avenue, Ermita, Manila.

The NHCP Board of Commissioners passed Resolution No. 18 on Oct. 3, 2023, rectifying the date of birth of prominent Filipino painter Juan Luna. It was later announced to the public on Oct. 9, 2023.
