THE Southern Police District (SPD) said two persons, including a Chinese, were arrested at a popular casino and resort hotel in Pasay City for robbery extortion.
The Chinese identified only as alias "Zhide" and his Filipino security escort, alias "Jhun-Jhun," were apprehended in an entrapment operation Saturday night at the resort hotel.
