Lawmaker files complaint vs former president Duterte

A lawmaker at the House of Representatives on Tuesday filed a complaint against former president Rodrigo Duterte before the Office of the City Prosecutor in Quezon City.

ACT Teachers Rep. France Castro accused Duterte of making alleged grave threats in relation to Section 6 of the Cybercrime Prevention Act, stemming from his statements earlier this month in a program on SMNI wherein he talked about Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte's plans for confidential funds.
