THE Motorcycle Development Program Participants Association Inc. (MDPPA) — a collective of prominent motorcycle manufacturers in the Philippines including Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Suzuki — recently marked its 50th anniversary. This remarkable milestone was celebrated over two days under the theme 'MDPPA Rider's United: Riding Roads Responsibly for 50 Years,' commencing on Oct. 6, 2023, at the Trinoma Activity Center in Quezon City.

This special anniversary event paid tribute to MDPPA's indispensable role in shaping the Philippine motorcycle industry to what it is today. Over the past five decades, MDPPA has been dedicated to nurturing the local motorcycle manufacturing sector while steadfastly advocating for responsible and safe motorcycle riding.
