Phoenix to divest shares in subsidiary

PHOENIX Petroleum Philippines Inc. said Monday it would be selling its ownership stake in affiliate PNX Petroleum Singapore Pte. Ltd.

'We would like to inform you that the company's Board of Directors, on October 20, 2023, has approved the divestment of Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. in PNX Petroleum Singapore Pte. Ltd. via share buyback,' Phoenix said in a disclosure.
