AMONG the five DestiNations Filipinos migrate to permanently, Canada has been the most hospitable, most welcoming, and has the clearest published objectives.

Even during the Covid year, Canada admitted 184,606 permanent residents, of which 106,422 were skilled workers (in various occupations) through its Economic Class program.
