Go wants senior citizens list updated

SEN. Christopher 'Bong' Go on Sunday called on the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to update the list of indigent senior citizens to properly implement the law increasing their social pension.

The senator said that updating the list of indigent senior citizens sits well with Republic Act (RA) 11916, which mandates an increase in the pension of indigent senior citizens from P500 to P1,000.
