Phivolcs may raise Bulusan's alert status

THE Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said on Monday that it may raise Bulusan Volcano's alert status to Level 1 if its parameters continue to go up in the coming days.

Phivolcs Director Teresito "Toto" Bacolcol told The Manila Times via Viber that the volcano from Sorsogon province has been showing an increased seismic activity in the past week.
