The shear line and northeast monsoon will bring isolated rains and thunderstorms in Central and Northern Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.
Metro Manila, Camarines Norte, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon) will have cloudy skies with scattered downpour and thunderstorms due to the shear line – where the hot and cold air converge.
