CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro: A three story building that has been in use for nearly two years at the Mindoro State University-Calapan City Campus (MinSU-Calapan) has been ordered vacated due to structural defects.
Dr. Levy Arago, president of MinSU, said the building failed a structural analysis conducted by the monitoring committee of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA).
