PURSUANT to the Presidential Proclamation No. 479 signed on Oct. 25, 1994, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), in collaboration with Klubi Weavers Organization, joins in celebrating the 2023 National Observance of the Filipino Values Month this November.

Dubbed 'Bálay Pinoy,' the monthlong celebration is designed to utilize the NCCA Values Formation Program materials as learning and teaching tools. It's one of NCCA's flagship programs that aims to contribute to the enhancement of the Philippine social fabric toward building a high trust and a resilient society through the inculcation of values that foster the common good.
