ZAMBOANGA CITY: The Islamic State East Asia Province (Iseap) has claimed wounding or killing seven government soldiers in a clash in southern Philippines where security forces are battling the extremist group Dawlah Islamiya.
This was reported on Thursday by the Washington, D.C.-based Middle East Media Research Institute, which monitors, tracks, translates, researches and analyzes cyber jihad originating from the Middle East, Iran, South Asia, and North Africa and West Africa.
