ALIGNED with President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr.'s economic transformation agenda, a specialized skills training program empowers underprivileged individuals in Metro Clark.

In collaboration with the Clark Development Corp., the Clark Development Corp. (CDC), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, and the Department of Labor and Employment offer training in hilot (wellness massage), nail care, shielded metal arc welding, industrial sewing machine operation and housekeeping.
