Lawmaker eyes higher CICC budget

MAKATI 2nd District Rep. Luis Campos has proposed increased funding for the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordination Center (CICC), citing the need to beef up the agency's intelligence capabilities against cybercriminals.

Created by the virtue of Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, the CICC is an inter-agency body with a mandate to fight computer crimes.
