WASHINGTON, D.C.: United States President Joe Biden will ask Congress for a joint $100-billion package for Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan and the migration crisis at the US-Mexico border, a source familiar with the talks told Agence France-Presse (AFP) on Tuesday.
The request, which was first reported on by Bloomberg and has not yet been made public by the White House, comes as Congress is still paralyzed by the absence of a speaker in the House of Representatives.
