Village chief aspirant nabbed for illegal drugs

BONTOC, Mountain Province: Combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents arrested a candidate for punong barangay (village chief) after having found in his possession P400,000 worth of shabu and other drug paraphernalia in his residence at Barangay Alab here recently.

Col. Sibly Dawigey, provincial director of the Mountain Province Police Office, identified the suspect as Alex Pilingan Baltero.
