CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga: The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO-3) launched a pioneering initiative, 'Oplan Payo' (Professional Advisers to Young Officers), under the revolutionary 'Adopt-A-Station' concept.

The program underscores the Philippine National Police's unwavering commitment to shaping a brighter future for law enforcement by nurturing and guiding the emerging leaders of the PRO-3.
