WITH the excitement for Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival, Harbour City collaborates with Hong Kong craft gin NIP and over a dozen restaurants to throw a monthlong cocktail party called 'Sip sip hurray.'

Two world-renowned mixologists, Lorenzo Antinori and Shelley Tai, have created a collection of six brand-new cocktails, namely 'HK ginspiration.'
