(UPDATE) THE Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Thursday charged before the City Prosecutor's Office five fraternity members in the death of a 25-year-old criminology student during the group's initiation rites last October 16.
QCPD chief BGen. Redrico Maranan also warned 11 other members of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity to turn themselves in or face arrest.
