THE president of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) in Ilocos Norte, Dr. Shirley Agrupis, was honored with the prestigious Philippines Resilience Awards (PRA) for Women for her impactful contributions and transformative leadership

Maria Kathrina Ysabel Antonio of MMSU Strategic Communication (StartCom) said the recognition highlights the MMSU president's contributions and leadership, particularly in climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resilience building.
