(UPDATE) FILIPINO netizens rushed to the social media platforms of French pole vaulter Renaud Lavillenie, after the controversial comments made by his wife against world No. 2 Ernest John 'EJ' Obiena.

Lavillenie's recent post shows a photo of himself recovering from a leg injury.
