Bianca Bustamante joins McLaren development program

MANILA, Philippines: Filipina motorsports racer Bianca Bustamante has joined the McLaren Driver Development program, while continuing to race with the F1 Academy.

McLaren made the announcement on Wednesday via its social media platforms and in an announcement on its website, Formula 1 also noted that the 18-year-old Bustamante is the first female driver to join the McLaren program.
