THE majority of the residents of the City of San Jose del Monte in the province of Bulacan believe that CSJDM is not yet ready to become a highly urbanized city (HUC) or a fully independent city.
This was the statement by 2nd District City Councilor Romeo Agapito in relation to the plebiscite to be held simultaneously with the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections on Oct. 30, 2023.
