CUSTOMS Commissioner Bien Rubio recognized the "hard work and dedication" of its Intelligence Group on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, awarding it with a Certificate of Commendation for its high resolution and compliance rates in addressing concerns coursed through the Citizens' Charter Complaint Center.
During the flag-raising ceremony at the Bureau of Customs (BoC) grounds in South Harbor, Port Area, Manila, Rubio lauded the contribution of its Intelligence Group, headed by Deputy Commissioner Juvymax Uy, for the BoC's accomplishments from January to June 2023 under the Office of the President's 8888 Citizens' Charter Complaint Center.
