DA aims to boost livestock by 5 times by 2028

Agriculture Undersecretary for Livestock Deogracias Victor Savellano said that they will ensure biosecurity for livestock by addressing diseases in the industry, such as African swine fever (ASF) and avian influenza (AI).

'The market may need a small adjustment, but if the playing field is fair and the regulations are transparent, the livestock industry in the Philippines will thrive,' Savellano said during a forum hosted by Stratbase ADR Institute on Monday.
