SB Capital Investment Corp., the investment banking arm of listed Security Bank Corp. (SBC), said Monday that it had successfully facilitated, along with four other banks, the private placement of P2 billion worth of fixed-rate notes for online lender Asialink Finance Corp.
Security Bank led the list of noteholder banks for the transaction alongside Rizal Commercial Banking Corp., EastWest Bank, Philippine Bank of Communications, and Union Bank of the Philippines.
