Fruitas declares P21.3M in dividends

FOOD and beverage operator Fruitas Holdings Inc.'s board of directors has authorized the declaration of cash dividends amounting to some P21.3 million.

In a disclosure on Monday, Fruitas said the issuance of dividends amounting to a cent per share was declared to all stockholders on record as of Nov. 8, 2023.
