ILOILO: Behind its campaign on mobilizing communities for a zero open defecation (ZOD) movement toward sustainable sanitation, the Iloilo provincial government was chosen as one of the awardees of the first-ever Galing Pook Award on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023, in Pasay City.
