Taiwan National Day celebrated in PH

The 112th National Day of the Republic of China (Taiwan) was celebrated on October 9 at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila. Among the guests include director Tomas Guno of Manila Economic and Cultural Office, former Undersecretary of Health Dr. Kenneth Go, Manila Vice Mayor Yul Nieto, Iligan City Vice Mayor Marianito Alemania, Butuan City Vice Mayor Lawrence Fortun, and members of the Diplomatic Corps.

Taiwan's very own Diabolo Dance Theatre also performed in the event, just a day before their "Light of Life" cultural performance at the CPR Auditorium, RCBC Plaza, Makati City. With diabolo as the core of their performance, the group incorporated music, dance, new circus, multimedia, lighting, visual effects, and other technologies and created a unique form of contemporary entertainment performance.
