NEWLY appointed Philippine Retirement Authority General Manager and Chief Executive Officer Cynthia Lagdameo Carrion made a courtesy call to the Philippine Embassy in Brussels, Belgium on Oct. 3, 2023 and discussed her plans to make the Philippines a more competitive and preferred retirement and long-stay destination for foreign nationals and former Filipino citizens.
