PH reaffirms peaceful uses of nuclear energy

THE Philippines has reaffirmed its commitment to the peaceful uses of nuclear energy (PUNE) during the General Debate at the 67th International Atomic Energy Agency General Conference (67th IAEA GC), the Department of Foreign Affairs said Friday.

Philippine Ambassador to Austria Evangelina Lourdes Bernas delivered updates on ongoing IAEA-backed projects in which the Philippines is an active participant.
