Marcos cuts LandBank dividend rate to 0%

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has reduced the dividend rate to be remitted by the state-run Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) to the national government for 2022 to sustain its financial viability.

The President, through Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, signed on Wednesday, October 11, Executive Order (EO) 43, which adjusted the LandBank's dividend rate from the current 50 percent of its annual earnings to zero percent.
