BACOLOD CITY: A group of tourists from Bacolod City was nearly caught in the conflict between Israel and Muslim militants Hamas.

Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Abelardo 'Albee' Benitez said the Bacoloñenos were traveling as part of a tour group in the Holy Land.
