Fast-track massacre probe, mayor orders

CAGAYAN DE CITY: City Mayor Rolando Uy on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023, directed the police to expedite the investigation of the massacre of a family of five in Indahag, an uptown village south of here.

A couple together with their two children, a sister-in-law, were all stabbed dead, gathered inside their house, before the suspects torched the shanty early Wednesday morning.
