SEN. Ana Theresia "Risa" Hontiveros urged the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) to verify the existence of the 583 facilities of the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) after the latter incurred P8.7 billion in janitorial and security services expenses.
