UP, Nagoya University expand PhD program

THE University of the Philippines (UP) and Nagoya University (NU) of Japan have expanded their collaboration for doctorate scholarships for Filipino professionals.

UP System President Angelo Jimenez, UP Los Baños Chancellor Jose Camacho Jr. and NU President Naoshi Sugiyama signed the amended memorandum of agreement (MoA) Monday in the UPLB Campus in Laguna.
