FOR better opportunity, some 105 technical and vocational (techvoc) beneficiaries have completed their Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program at the Isabela State University TVET Competency Assessment Center (CAC).
Dr. Boyet Batang, ISU vice president for academics and related affairs, said the beneficiaries who completed their TVET program in Agricultural Crops Production National Certificate (NC) 3 and Horticulture NC 3 joined the TVET CAC graduation ceremonies at the ISU main campus in Echague, Isabela on October 6, 2023.
