Vietnam seems to be doing better than the Philippines particularly in technology disciplines. Are there lessons there for Philippine education policymakers?

Decades ago, Vietnam lagged behind the Philippines in education. That is no longer the situation as Vietnam, in recent years, has achieved significant progress in that field, drawing praise from her Southeast Asian neighbors.
