Outlook bright for PH property sector — analysts

THE country's property sector is forecast to show sustained growth toward the end of this year and into 2024 as industry players remain bullish about market demand despite the dampening effects of inflation and high interest rates.

For 2023, the property sector has demonstrated its resilience, with major players such as Megaworld Corp. and Ayala Land Inc. and rising firms such as Golden Topper continuing to launch new projects and with a large number of listed developers reporting improved incomes in the first half.
