BACOLOD City Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson assured people of Negros Occidental that there is "no cause for alarm" even after 51 of the 662 villages in the province were identified as "areas of concern" in the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) by the Regional Joint Security Coordinating Center (RJSCC).
