Future of jobs to require soft skills, upskilling

Soft skills requiring human intervention, upskilling, and content creation are among those that will be in need as artificial intelligence (AI) comes into larger use, according to a job search website.

Rafael Inigo dela Cruz, marketing lead of Jobstreet Philippines, told The Manila Times that previously, a lot of companies – especially those hiring for white collar jobs – needed candidates who were at least computer literate and able to access research platforms.
