TOP military and police personnel in Western Mindanao have convened to draw up wide-scale security measures intended to deter violence or any untoward violence in the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).
The Committee on the Ban on Firearms and Security Concerns (CBFSC), Regional Joint Security Control Center (RJSCC), Armed Forces of the Philippines, and Philippine National Police Joint Peace and Security Coordinating Council (JPSCC) members convened to iron out glitches, less than two weeks before the campaign period for candidates in the barangay elections starts.
