The Divine Word College (DWC) of San Jose decided to implement a blended modality in learning starting Monday, October 16, to lessen electricity and fuel consumption as the power rate in Occidental Mindoro almost doubled from P12.24 kWh to P20.88 kWh.
Dr. Jason Valera, the school's principal, stated in his letter to the parents and students that the school will switch from full face-to-face classes to a blended one.
