TACLOBAN CITY, Leyte: The Office of the Ombudsman in Manila has dismissed the criminal and administrative complaints filed against an official of the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) previously assigned in Mindanao.
Ombudsman Samuel Martires approved on July 21, 2023 the dismissal of the two charges filed years ago by a private college institution against Regional Director Maximo Aljibe, who served as CHEd-Regional Office 12 based in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
