A BILL seeking to institute a seedling and fertilizer subsidy program for farmers was filed at the House of Representatives.
"This subsidy program will encourage the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices, improve crop yields, reduce post-harvest losses and enhance the overall sustainability of farming operations," said the explanatory note of House Bill 8818 filed by Bukidnon 3rd District Rep. Jose Maria Zubiri Jr.
