PORT and maritime leaders discussed the latest trends in waterborne transport and coastal development during the 10th International Conference on Coastal and Port Engineering in Developing Countries (Copedec 10) launched at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) on Tuesday.
Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) General Manager Jay Santiago welcomed the participants of the Copedec, which is celebrating its 40th year since the success of the first Copedec held in Sri Lanka in March 1983.
