Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures on Monday said that Century Pacific Group (CPG) and JE Holdings, Inc. had acquired the 16.8-percent stake of Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC Pte. Ltd.
Po-led CPG and Gokongwei-led JE Holdings made the purchase via private placement, taking the 283 million shares previously held by GIC through its affiliate, Arran Investment Pte. Ltd.
