Puerto Galera PH's diving capital

PUERTO GALERA, Oriental Mindoro: The Sangguniang Bayan of this town, through a resolution, has declared this tourism destination as the diving capital of the Philippines.

The declaration was made as one of the highlights of the 10-day celebration of the Sabang Oktoberfest that started on Sept. 28, 2023.
