NGCP installs transmission line in western Pangasinan

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) is installing a 174-kilometer transmission line from Candelaria town in Zambales to Sual town in Pangasinan.

The 550-kV transmission line project is in anticipation of the increase in demand of electricity in the two provinces, according to Ernest Vidal, head of NGCP's regional corporate communications and public affairs office.
