MARIKINA 2nd District Rep. Stella Luz Quimbo will not be sanctioned by the Liberal Party for defending the confidential and intelligence funds of the Office of the Vice President and Department of Education.
In a statement sent to reporters, Liberal Party President and Albay 1st District Rep. Edcel Lagman said that some members of the party wanted to sanction her because her defense of the said funds was "contrary to the collective position of the leadership and ranking members of the Liberal Party of the Philippines."
